Baden Retirement Plan Services in an independent third party administrator (TPA) of tax qualified defined contribution plans, generically known as 401(k) plans or employee retirement plans. As an independent TPA, we can work most financial advisors. We are not associated with any particular investment fund and do not manage assets; our fully disclosed fees are based on administration service provided.  We do not collect commissions.

This arrangement provides the employer (plan sponsor) the flexibility to choose, and to switch if necessary, the financial advisor and the asset provider involved in the plan, while maintaining the same TPA to assist with transitions and on-going plan administration.

Financial professionals help determine a plan’s asset providers (investment choices) and educate the employees on the importance of retirement savings and diversifying investments. They work with the TPA to consistently review how to utilize the plan to meet the goals of the plan sponsor and the participants.
