Baden Retirement Plan Services is an independent third party administrator (TPA)  that helps employers (plan sponsor s) decide on the tax qualified defined contribution plan design that best meets the company's needs.  By working together, sometimes along with the financial advisor, we discuss the employer’s goals, the current available design options, how the required compliance testing will be effected, and estimate the financial and human resources available to implement and support the plan. This discussion is critical for setting up a new plan and for converting a plan to a new design, investments or service providers.
