Baden Retirement Plan Services’ role as an independent third party administrator (TPA) of tax qualified defined contribution plans, generically known as 401(k) plans or employee retirement plans, addresses the day-to-day administration and compliance issues related to managing a plan.  A TPA monitors the plan to help ensure it is in compliance with the ever evolving rules and laws set by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Labor (DOL).
