401(k) Questionnaire from the IRS: An Update

The IRS has announced its next steps for the letters that were sent in May 2010 to 1,200 401(k) plan sponsors instructing them to complete the 401(k) Questionnaire.  The next steps, listed in the Winter 2011 issue of the IRS's newsletter, Retirement News for Employers, addresses the following items:
