Enrollment Assistance
Baden Retirement Plan Services conducts enrollment meetings with financial advisors to help educate employers (plan sponsors) and employees (plan participants) on how to access and use the forms and available information sources related to their accounts.
Enrollment Meeting Services
- Accompany the financial advisor to the enrollment meeting to supplement his/her investment information with account access and usage information
- Provide orientation at the plan sponsor’s site to the Plan Administrator to familiar his/her with how to use the Plan Sponsor website; explain the importance of providing our firm with timely annual census information; and to demonstrate how the plan participants will access their accounts on the Internet and by telephone
- Distribute informational literature and explain to participants on how to access and manage their accounts by telephone or through our secure website
- Customize our presentation for audiences that would benefit from having the information presented in Spanish
