403(b) Seminar-June 20, 2008

Tom Ackmann, Managing Director of Baden Retirement Plan Services, will be one of the presenters at the "403(b) Retirement Plan Changes Seminar" on June 20, 2008, sponsored by the Paul Clarke Nonprofit Resource Center and the Northeast Indiana Nonprofit Alliance (NINA).

A message from Marilynn  Fauth -- Paul Clarke Nonprofit Resource Center and Janet Chrzan -- Northeast Indiana Nonprofit Allance:

The way 403(b) plans have been operated for years will dramatically change January 1, 2009. Unfortunately, there is conflicting advice being offered in the marketplace as to what must be done to comply with the new regulations.

NINA and the Paul Clark Non-Profit Resource Center will conduct an educational seminar Friday, June 20, 2008, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 at the Allen County Public Library in downtown Fort Wayne (main library branch) to provide information that will clarify the decisions and action steps that nonprofit organizations must implement by
January 1, 2009.

Professionals from the tax qualified retirement plan field will discuss what plan sponsors will need to do to comply with the new regulations.
