Multifund Open Architecture Platform

Baden Retirement Plan Services provides a multi-fund open architecture platform through use of the Relius Recordkeeping and Compliance Software System and various trading platforms.   This system allows a plan sponsor to diversify their investment choices among a multitude of fund families.

Employers (plan sponsors) and employees (plan participants) can access their investment information through the www.badenrps.com website or our toll-free telephone account access system.

Plan Sponsor Web Module - for Employers and Financial Advisors

The Plan Sponsor Web Module is equipped with features that automate processes for plan sponsors and financial advisors and investment advisors. This secure Web Module allows authorized users to:

  • Link to Morningstar, a leading fund analysis source
  • Submit payroll data files online
  • Submit new enrollment data
  • View plan financial totals by investment and source
  • View plan financial totals by individual account
  • View employee count by participant category
  • Download, view or print records or other documents posted for the plan sponsor and financial advisor and investments advisor
  • Link to participant information with the same options and data available in the Participant Web Module
  • Make changes on behalf of a participant
  • Add or change the plan sponsor's logo that appears on the Web

Participant Web Module - for Employee Use

The Participant Web Module allows plan participants to access their accounts to perform functions quickly and easily via the Internet. The following is a representative list of functions available on the Participant Web Module:

  • View account balances by fund and money source
  • View individual rates of return per fund or overall
  • Link to Morning star, a leading fund analysis source
  • Ability to download administrative forms
  • View vested and total account balance and outstanding loan balance
  • View pending trades
  • View and sort all posted activity by date range within the current plan year and by activity type
  • Re-align existing account balances to match current allocation
  • Re-align existing account balances to a target mix/percentage different than current allocation
  • Initiate fund-fund transfers
  • Review current investment elections
  • Change allocations for future contributions
  • Review existing loans or model a new loan
  • View general information posted by the plan sponsor (employer)
